?>

“This board is comprised of individuals within the business, arts, and local communities. These individuals donate their time and effort, bringing years of experience, towards progressing Theatre of North Texas as an arts institution throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.”

President – Crys Kelly

Crys began her theatre career as a student in high school starring in One Act Plays and performing in top choirs.  She continued her study of the arts and music in college while earning a Business Management degree. Crys has always been involved in several areas of performance and production in and outside of her professional career and most recently has been performing in local DFW community theatre productions. Crys has many years’ experience in business operations and development including marketing and sales. She is proud to serve as the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Theatre of North Texas.

Vice-President – Elaine Plybon

Elaine has been an active volunteer and patron in the DFW theater community for many years. She holds a master’s degree in Sociology and is a certified Forecast Practitioner, which serves her well as Vice-President of Theatre of North Texas, providing insight into meaningful programming and outreach. Elaine works for the Keller Independent School District by day and has been the driving force behind the development of a robust online and blended program in Keller schools. Elaine is honored and excited to be giving back to the theater community by serving on the board of this innovative theater.

Production Liaison- David Plybon

David has been seen acting and singing on many stages in DFW community theaters since 2005. To the position of Theater Liaison, he combines his theater experience with expertise in human relations through his work for the U.S. Postal Service, serving as manager of EEO Compliance and Appeals. David’s thorough understanding of human capital management and compliance will be an asset to the theater as it grows with increasing numbers of volunteers and staff.

Director of Technical Services- Bryan S. Douglas

Bryan jubilantly joins this incredibly talent group of beautiful people. He has worked with several other theatre companies in the DFW area, serving as technician, designer, and actor. The whole of the world is a great, black pit until a designer comes along and makes it lit. Proudly served in the US Army Reserve (2002-2011).
